YEAR OF THE FIRE

Due to the wildfires in the Columbia River Gorge, rather than cancel the race, Run With Paula Events staff worked diligently with the wonderful officials in Vancouver, Washington so that this race could go on.

Esther Short Park is a beautiful park in the City of Vancouver which was the start and finish of the race. The 10K course ran an out and back on road, paths and sidewalks along the Columbia River. The half marathon also ran along the Columbia River before and after taking a turn into the historic Fort Vancouver.
